Denise Patrick is a staple in the U.S. Highway 285 corridor. You will often see her volunteering at many of the community events throughout the area. The Platte Canyon Area Chamber of Commerce named Patrick their business of the month.

Denise came to Colorado in 1984 and has been working in real estate for over 23 years. Patrick first began her real estate career with ERA JD Realty in Conifer and then worked for RE/MAX Alliance in Conifer for over 17 years. The last three years Patrick has been working for Deer Creek Realty in Bailey.

Patrick was “very surprised and very appreciative” of being named the business of the month. Patrick prides herself on great customer service and believes her background in education has helped her be more flexible and creative than others in the business.

Patrick’s favorite tagline is “If you don’t like your neighbor, give them my card. It’s a great time to sell a house.”

Patrick says that inventory is still very low in the area so you can get top dollar for your home if you are looking to sell.

In addition to Patrick’s work in real estate she has been very involved in several community groups. She is proud to be a member of both the Conifer Area Chamber of Commerce and the Platte Canyon Area Chamber of Commerce.

Patrick is past president of the CACC and has seen the growth in the community over the years. She is also a member of the A Grace Place Church in Littleton, Pleasant Park Grange, where she has volunteered for over 20 years, co-founder of Wonderful Opportunities for Women and the Sales Professionals networking group in Denver.

You will see Denise manning the chamber booth at Bailey Day June 24, stop by and say hi. To contact Denise, you can visit her at Deer Creek Realty, 5060 County Road 64, Bailey, or phone 303-868-8972. Her email address is
