LAND USE CASES
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 15, 2021 a public hearing will be held, by electronic and in-person participation before the PARK COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION at 9:00 AM, in the Park County offices at 856 Castello Ave., Fairplay, to consider the following Land Use applications.
LAND USE PUBLIC HEARINGS:
REZONING CASE #21ZON-05
Property is 40 acres consisting of the SE ¼ SE ¼ of Section 25, Township 10 Range 75. The applicant is requesting to rezone the land from Conservation/Recreation to Agricultural.
APPLICANT: Chadwick Williams
Property is the Seventh Street right-of-way between Pine and Spruce Streets, Como, containing 0.35 acres. The applicant is requesting to vacate the right-of-way and combine it with the lots to the north and south.
APPLICANT: Andrew Zimmerman
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
Property is Lot 16 Deer Creek Valley Ranchos Unit 3, addressed as 1659 Vigilante Avenue, Bailey. Applicant is requesting a Conditional Use Permit for a Duplex.
APPLICANT: Christopher Travis for Caleb and Andrea Vannice
AND CONSOLIDATION CASE #21VAC-01
Property is the Town of Jefferson on the northwest side of Highway 285. Applicant is requesting the vacation of unbuilt and unused public rights-of-way within the town, and consolidation of all lots and vacated rights-of-way into parcels determined by current ownership.

Box 1598 Fairplay, CO 80440 to arrive no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, December 13, 2021. Any pictures, photos or other documentation, or any written comment over two (2) pages, or submitted after 5:00 p.m. on Monday, December 13, 2021, will not be considered. The access link to and call-in number for the hearing will be provided on the
December 15, 2021 agenda for the Planning Commission posted on the Park County website.
