PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on WEDNESDAY, JULY 13, 2022 a public hearing will be held, with electronic and in-person participation, before the PARK COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION at 9:00 AM, in the Park County office building at 856 Castello Ave., Fairplay, to consider the following Land Use applications.

RIGHT-OF-WAY VACATION CASE #22VAC-02
Property is Buckskin Way Cul-de-Sac in Indian Mountain Filing 21. Applicant is requesting to vacate the Buckskin Way right-of-way and consolidate it with the surrounding three lots.
APPLICANT: Gary Oberg
REZONING CASE #22ZON-02
Property is 51 acres in parts of Sections 29, 30, and 31 south of C.R. 14 and west of Platte Dr., T9S R77W. The applicant is requesting to rezone from Mining to Residential.

Box 1598 Fairplay, CO 80440, to arrive no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, July 11, 2022. Any pictures, photos or other documentation, or any written comment over two (2) pages, or submitted after 5:00 p.m. on Monday, July 11, 2022, will not be considered. The access link and call-in number for the hearing will be provided on the
June 8, 2022 agenda for the BOA/Planning Commission posted on the Park County website.
