Lake George Community Park was transformed into a Halloween Adventure by the Lion’s Pride Parent-Teacher Organization of Lake George Charter School, Oct. 29 from 5 - 7 p.m. According to Lion’s Pride PTO President Jesse Vigil, 15 vehicles participated in handing out candy. Over 50 Halloween-themed books, goodie bags stuffed with toys and candy, and backpacks donated by Walmart in Woodland Park were handed out. Four volunteer security guards from Lake George Charter School were on hand to keep everyone safe.
