The League of Women Voters invites you to view the documentary “Winner Take All” and attend a presentation after on the impact of National Popular Vote (NPV) on Thursday, March 26 at 6:30 p.m., Evergreen Library, 5000 Highway 73, Evergreen. The film and presentation are free and open to all.

This film explains how the Electoral College came to be, its impact on legislative policy and current efforts to make presidential elections better represent the will of the people. After the film viewing, Senator Mike Foote, the bill sponsor, will share the facts about NPV. NVP was signed into Colorado law in 2019. The question to repeal this law will appear on the November 2020 ballot.
