The Park County Sheriff’s Office responded to 29 Accident/Motor Vehicle calls, 42 animal control calls, nine ATV/Dirtbikes on County Road calls, 25 Illegal Campfire calls, four Fireworks calls, 35 Motor Assist calls, 29 REDDI Report/Reckless Driver calls, 23 Shots Fired calls, 122 traffic stops, 12 welfare check and 811 Miscellaneous Other calls. The total calls amounted to 1,141 with the following arrests:
Larry E. Allen from Bailey was arrested on July 21 on charges of criminal mischief-under $300; harassment-strike/shove/kick; domestic violence enhancer. He was released on a PR bond July 22.
Todd Michael Berry from Fairplay was arrested July 21 on charges of bond revocation. His is still in custody.
Hunter J. Bevier from Bailey was arrested on July 26 on charges of failure to appear. He was released on a $500 PR bond on July 26.
Christopher Lee Cervantes from Pine was arrested on July 14 on a warrant from Park County for contempt of court-violation of protection order/civil. He was released July 14.
Derek Carl Ebel from Fairplay was arrested July 21 on charges of careless driving; driving under influence of alcohol or drugs or both. He was released on a PR bond with one random urine sample per week July 22.
Dustin Charles-Edward Hoffman from Bailey was arrested July 22 on charges of controlled substance-possession schedule 5; obstructing a peace officer; driver’s license-refuse to display; license plates-number plates must be attached; marijuana-open container; no proof of insurance-failure to display. He was released on a $1,000 cash/surety bond on July 22.
Valerie Jean Jones from Fairplay was arrested July 18 on charges of criminal mischief-under $300; domestic violence enhancer. She was released on a $500 PR bond July 20.
