Felony charge for heroin possession

A 19-year-old Bailey man faces a felony charge after allegedly breaking his probation agreement and being arrested for possession of heroin.

Colton James Higday was arrested at about 2:30 p.m. on Oct. 16 and charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to a warrantless arrest affidavit filed by Park County Deputy Tyson Kinzle.
