The Park County Sheriff’s Office responded to seven motor vehicle calls, 18 animal control calls, seven ATVs on county road calls, 29 illegal campfire calls, seven code violations calls, 14 motorist assist calls, eight reckless driver calls, two Search and Rescue calls, 35 traffic stops six welfare check and 497 other calls. The total calls amounted to 630.


Samuel Elliot Bee from Avon was arrested May 1 on charges of protection order violation-criminal, assault in the second degree (domestic violence) and a domestic violence enhancer. He was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond May 1.

Edgar Alejandro Valero-Alverado from Denver was arrested on illegal weapon-possession, driving under influence of alcohol or drugs or both, speeding 20-24 over limit, driving under restraint and failure to drive in a single lane. He was released on a $1,000 cash/surety bond May 3.
