The Victim Services office is holding their second community resource fair this summer.

This event will be Thurs., Aug. 1, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Indian Mountain Community Center, 31 Keneau Court, Jefferson.

Admission is free and food and drinks will be provided.

Why attend?

This is an opportunity to find out about the role of the Victim Services office and many other community programs and services. You may not need any help from programs, but chances are you know someone who might.

Plus, it can be a wonderful opportunity to meet neighbors, friends, and put faces with names you might only see in print.

In addition to food and drink, the STC ministry program will have free clothing for anyone interested. Clothes include children’s, men’s, women’s, shoes, and accessories such as purses and belts.

Organizations that will be present include those that offer services for families, children, seniors, veterans, those dealing with domestic violence, medical resources, mental health resources and more.
