Litigation erupts over community websites

Breach of contract, fraud and other allegations surround 285Bound/MyMountainTown lawsuit

Posted: Thursday, January 9, 2014 3:06 pm | Updated: 1:00 pm, Fri Jan 10, 2014.

Two Conifer/Bailey-area websites are locked in a legal struggle over ownership and other issues, including claims of fraud, defamation, and breach of contract.

The dispute, which has been in litigation in Arapahoe County District Court since September, centers in part on the migration of members and forums from the website to a new website called last July 12.
