The Park County Sheriff’s Office responded to 31 animal control calls, 418 citizen assist calls, seven illegal campfire calls, seven motor assist calls, 16 REDDI report/reckless driver calls, two search and rescue calls, 71 traffic stops and eight welfare checks. The total calls amounted to 560.


Danielle Debra Aifan from Aurora was arrested Aug. 16 for disorderly conduct, driving under restraint, driving under the influence, no insurance by owner and domestic violence. She is still in custody.

Brian Thomas Bicsak from Florence was arrested Aug. 12 for third degree assault, harassment, domestic violence. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bond Aug. 13.

Wil Scott Bradley from Bailey was arrested Aug. 14 on a warrant out of Douglas County for failure to comply. He was released on a bond Aug. 15.

John David Doyle from Lafayette was arrested Aug. 16 for driving under the influence of drugs, possession of a controlled substance and contraband/introduction first degree. He is still in custody.

Drake Francis Arthur Ellis from Evergreen was arrested Aug. 12 for enticement of a child, sex assault/overcome a victim’s will, aggravated juvenile offend/commit F1/F2, aggravated juvenile offend/sex assault, sex assault/overcome will,  menacing real or simulated and failure to comply. He is still in custody.

Israel Levine from New Orleans was arrested Aug. 16 for possession of controlled substance/schedule one, first degree introduction to contraband and false reporting to authorities. He is still in custody.

Marie Alexis Ann Schneider from Fairplay was arrested on Aug. 14 for Driving under Influence, Turning without Signal.  She was released on a $1,000 P/R Bond on Aug. 15. Jeremy Scott Warrick from Colorado Springs was arrested Aug. 13 for driving under the influence, parking on the roadway.  He also has a warrant from El Paso County for fugitive of justice/disorderly conduct. He was released on an $800 NOD out of El Paso on Aug. 13.

Bryson Wayne Wilcox from Fairplay was arrested Aug. 18 for driving under restraint, no insurance by owner, tail lamp violation. He was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond Aug. 18.

James Louis Wissler from Bailey was arrested Aug. 16 for disorderly conduct, attempted escape and domestic violence. He is still in custody.
